Last updated: 1 June 2026These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member") and jdrbet.asia ("jdrbet", "we", "us", "our"), governing your use of the jdrbet platform, including all games, sportsbook services, payment facilities, and promotional offers made available through jdrbet.asia. By completing registration or placing any wager on jdrbet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms without reservation.
2.1 jdrbet services are available exclusively to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. jdrbet strictly enforces this age requirement in compliance with international gaming authority licensing conditions.
2.2 By registering an account, you warrant that you are at least 21 years old and that you are legally permitted to engage in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
2.3 jdrbet reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals.
2.4 jdrbet does not permit multiple accounts per individual. Registration of more than one account — whether under the same name, contact details, IP address, or device — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
3.1 All information provided during jdrbet registration must be truthful, complete, and current. Submission of false, inaccurate, or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
3.2 Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. jdrbet will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to an account where the Member has failed to adequately protect their credentials.
3.3 Members must notify jdrbet support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access or suspected breach of account security.
3.4 jdrbet may, as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations, require Members to submit identity verification documents (such as a MyKad, passport, or equivalent) and proof of address before processing withdrawal requests.
4.1 All transactions on jdrbet are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and bank transfer. Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds are displayed within the jdrbet account cashier at the time of transaction.
4.2 jdrbet does not charge Members a fee for standard deposit or withdrawal transactions. However, third-party payment providers (such as e-wallet operators or banks) may apply their own service charges, for which jdrbet bears no responsibility.
4.3 Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Standard withdrawal processing time for verified accounts is 5–45 minutes depending on the payment method selected and the Member's VIP tier. jdrbet reserves the right to extend processing times where additional verification is required.
4.4 jdrbet reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
5.1 All bonuses and promotional offers made available by jdrbet are subject to individual promotion terms, which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.
5.2 Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal. Wagering requirements apply to Bonus Funds only and do not apply to the Member's real-money balance unless stated.
5.3 jdrbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations already incurred to Members who have commenced meeting the relevant wagering requirements.
5.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing opposing bets to minimise risk during bonus wagering, or exploiting technical errors — will result in forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
6.1 All bets placed on jdrbet are final once confirmed. jdrbet does not accept requests to void, cancel, or amend confirmed bets under ordinary circumstances.
6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the integrity of a game or bet — including server errors, disconnections, or software faults — jdrbet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Members' wallets. This determination is made at jdrbet's sole discretion.
6.3 For sportsbook markets, jdrbet's house rules for specific sports (including football, UFC, Malaysia Super League, EPL, and other competitions) are published within the jdrbet sportsbook section and form part of these Terms by reference.
6.4 jdrbet reserves the right to limit bet stakes or restrict market access for any Member where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to: suspected professional advantage play, arbitrage betting patterns, or breach of responsible gaming thresholds.
Members must not engage in any of the following while using jdrbet:
8.1 jdrbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at its discretion, including — but not limited to — cases of breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirement, or responsible gaming concerns.
8.2 Upon closure of an account in good standing (i.e., not as a consequence of breach), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method after completion of standard verification procedures.
8.3 Where an account is closed as a result of a breach of these Terms, jdrbet reserves the right to withhold outstanding balances to the extent permitted under applicable law and licensing conditions.
9.1 jdrbet is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Members are encouraged to make use of the responsible gaming tools available within their account, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
9.2 Members who wish to self-exclude from jdrbet may do so by contacting the 24/7 support team via live chat. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one business day. During a self-exclusion period, jdrbet will use reasonable efforts to prevent the Member from accessing the platform.

10.1 All content on the jdrbet platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, trademarks, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jdrbet or its licensed suppliers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.
10.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jdrbet platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No other use of jdrbet's intellectual property is permitted without prior written consent.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jdrbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jdrbet platform, including any loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
11.2 jdrbet's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the value of the Member's real-money wallet balance at the time of the relevant incident.
11.3 jdrbet does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform and shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including third-party internet infrastructure failures, government-directed network restrictions, or force majeure events.
12.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jdrbet holds its international gaming authority licence. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be referred to jdrbet's customer support team for internal resolution.
12.2 Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated by jdrbet's licensing authority. jdrbet's licensing authority contact information is available upon written request to jdrbet support.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms limits a Member's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
13.1 jdrbet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to Members via a notice on the jdrbet platform or by email to the registered address at least 7 days prior to taking effect.
13.2 Your continued use of the jdrbet platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date.
